Day 01: Delhi to Rishikesh – The Royal Road to Wellness Begins
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and embark on a scenic drive to Rishikesh (approx. 6-7 hours). As you leave the plains and enter the foothills of the Himalayas, the landscape will transform, signaling your tranitiomn to a spiritual journey.
Upon arrival, check into your hotel or a wellness retreat/ashram. The rest of the day is at your leisure to relax and soak in the serene atmosphere. In the evening, cross the famous Lakshman Jhula or Ram Jhula bridges and witness the Ganga Aarti ceremony at Parmarth Niketan Ashram or Triveni Ghat. The sight of the illuminated ghats and the collective chanting is a deeply moving experience.
Day 02: Rishikesh – Yoga, Meditation & Spiritual Exploration
Start your day with a guided yoga and meditation session, a perfect way to connect with your inner self. After a wholesome breakfast explore the spiritual side of Rishikesh. Visit famous landmarks like the Ram Jhula and Lakshman Jhula bridges. Spend time at the Beatles Ashram (Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ashram), a place that once hosted the famous band and is now an intriguing blend of nature and art. The walls are covered in beautiful graffiti and spiritual paintings. The afternoon is at your leisure. You can choose to attend another yoga class, explore the local markets for spiritual items and handicrafts or simply relax by the riverside.
Day 03: Rishikesh – Nature, Adventure & Rejuvenation
Today offers a chance to connect with nature. After breakfast, you can opt for a soft trek to a nearby waterfall, such as Neer Garh Waterfall or a nature walk along the banks of the Ganges. For the more adventurous, there is an option for thrilling activities like white-water rafting on the Ganges (seasonal). Day 04: Rishikesh – Deeper into Wellness

The evening is at your leisure for some last-minute souvenir shopping or a farewell dinner at a restaurant of your choice (optional).
Day 06: Delhi – Departure Enjoy a final breakfast at your hotel. Depending on your flight schedule, you will be transferred to Delhi International Airport (DEL) for your onward journey, carrying with you not just memories of a beautiful country but also a renewed sense of peace and well-being.
